Returns are really easy!!!! Just send your item back to address above and we will issue your refund. You will receive an email when your credit is issued!

Do we offer refunds?

We do not offer exchanges or cash refunds. To make it easy, once we receive your return, we inspect it and issue an account credit to the card that was used when the order was placed!  

Are returns free?

Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, it may be best to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarentee that we will receive your returned item.

What items can be returned?

You can return any items purchased in the last 30 days that are unused and in original condition.

What items can't be returned?

You cannot return items that were purchased over 30 days ago, any sale items, grab bag items, damaged items not due to our error, or promotional items.
